About the Opportunity
Reporting to the OSHC Operations Manager, we are seeking a Leader who can grow, inspire and partner multiple services across Metropolitan Melbourne, South East, Bass Coast and Gippsland areas. In this role, you’ll lead a team of up to three direct reports, engaging, mentoring and driving performance to ensure the highest quality of care across multiple sites are achieved.
You will build strong positive relationships with key stakeholders and school communities, and support the growth and development of our OSHC leaders and services. This role attracts an attractive salary and you will have free access to the Y Victoria gyms across the state.
The great thing about working at the Y is the supportive management teams. Regional Managers are supported by a wide range of roles including Workforce Planning Manager, Talent Acquisition Team, Marketing and Communications, Customer Service, Program Planning Manager, Finance and HR Business Partners and more!
As an operational leader in the OSHC sector at the Y you will have a strong understanding of OSHC and proven experience managing multiple sites, with a focus on operational excellence and high-quality service delivery. This role hosts an competitive base salary plus superannuation.

What will I need?
- Tertiary Education in Early Childhood or equivalent
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent)
- You’ll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children’s Check – employee check
