About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
  • Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
  • Promote and advocate good health and treat every child’s health as a top priority

Qualifications required

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
  • Employee Working with Children Check

About the centre

YMCA Epping Early Learning Centre is a magnificent purpose built 104 place centre with 6 rooms catering to children from 6 weeks old to 5 years old - operating 6:30am-6:30pm, five days a week, 52 weeks a year.

Working with a diverse family like team with wide range of knowledge and qualifications from Certificate III to Bachelor of Early Education. with multiple learning environments including a library and a large natural shared outdoor space with the added bonus of animals, including chickens, guinea pigs fish and a therapy dog! and with actively engaged management from Early Years Director to Executive of Children's Programs there is always a strong supportive team working towards a better tomorrow where all people can belong.
