About The Y

About You
To join one of our Centre's you will hold a minimum Cert III qualification. Other requirements include:
- Displaying a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Having the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written
- Positively engaging with children
- Being decisive, proactive and have the ability to problem solve
Qualifications required
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Employee Working with Children Check
