Lead AWS Migration / Modernisation Consultant

As we continue to grow, we are looking for our next Lead AWS Migration/Modernisation Consultant to join the NSW team. Work with us as we continue to excel across our suite of Migration, Modernisation, Data, and AI services.

As a Lead AWS Migration/Modernisation Consultant at Cevo, success comes from combining your exceptional technical skills, strategic thinking, and highly developed consulting skills. It is expected that you enjoy challenges and are excited by delivering dynamic solutions that solve our customers’ most pressing problems.
Your technical skills should include:
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role overseeing Migration and Modernisation Projects in AWS environments at an enterprise scale.
- Advanced Level AWS Experience (IAM, VPC, S3, EC2, SSM)
- Deep technical knowledge of Infrastructure including IaaS, VPC, DNS, Linux etc
- Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, SAM, CDK)
- Strong and proven consulting skills. The ability to influence and have opinions about the tools being used and someone who is well versed dealing with customers and internal stakeholders,
- AWS Solution Architect Professional or Specialty a real plus but not essential to apply.
Additional skills may include but are not limited to:
- Deep experience working with AWS technology including data, analytics and AI/ML
- Hands-on experience with designing and implementing large-scale, distributed data platforms and AI/ML models on AWS.
- Ability to present and explain ideas to customers and colleagues both from a business and technical viewpoint
