About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director, this position has organisational accountability for the design, implementation and operational excellence of Infrastructure technologies. This includes managing the operations, support and maintenance of Cenitex technology infrastructure, such as Cloud and legacy hosting, servers, networks, storage, operations centre, identity and access management and security systems.

The Director Delivery - Infrastructure Services is pivotal in promoting a customer-centric culture by ensuring the customer is at the centre of all activities, whilst maintaining focus on the delivery of services, customer satisfaction, and ensuring that services are delivered within service levels (SLAs) with a continuous improvement and cost efficiency lens.

The salary range is $225,000-$290,600 total remuneration (including super) This is a 3year fixed term (fulltime ) contract.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Plan, coordinate, and direct all daily operational activities and provides direction and solutions that enhance infrastructure operations of Cenitex.
  • Assure equipment and services are maintained, improved, and managed to support excellent operational capability and performance.
  • Oversee the business operations of Infrastructure Services Delivery (business planning, people, governance, finance and performance).
  • Lead operational service excellence ensuring target performance, reliability and quality of infrastructure services and solutions are delivered to customers.
  • Lead the evolution of the service performance operations centre and operational security services.

You will need to demonstrate a strong background in IT infrastructure management and compliance, with an understanding of network and systems administration, security, cloud services and disaster recovery, excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
