About the role

The Associate Engineer is the first point of contact for our customers where you will provide first level support through ITSM Ticker, Instant messaging and email to ensure they can access and use their tools and systems.

Salary range: $95,102.00-$107,905.00

Day-to-day the successful applicant will have the opportunity to: 

• Working within NOC perform Incident and Service Admin activities.
• Participate in Linux Builds and Deployment Projects.
• Have an opportunity to automate Linux server management processes using CI/CD concepts.

If you have strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and an innate ability to communicate with others this role is for you. With opportunity to support multiple technologies including:

• Server Hardware
• Active Directory
• Cloud and Virtualization

You will have:

• Extensive demonstrated experience in working on various Linux flavours especially RHEL, SLES and Ubuntu.
• Experience and knowledge in automation, Infra as a code, platforms like Ansible.
• Linux Server patching knowledge and experience.
• Ability to multi-task, manage many priorities and deadlines.
