CDC NSW has 11 workshops across greater Sydney and the Hunter region. Our workshops are large, modern and well equipped with all up to date tools and equipment our teams need. We operate 7 days a week and allow for flexible rosters and shifts to suit all lifestyles. We offer the opportunity to work on a variety of makes and models including diesel products from Volvo, Scania, Iveco and Mercedes right through to the latest in zero emission and electric buses.

About the role:

We are looking for Heavy Vehicle - Diesel Mechanics on a full time bases at our xx depot

Our Diesel Mechanics:

  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot the diesel engines for our buses.
  • Diagnose engine faults,·
  • Perform regular servicing such as oil changes and filter replacements,
  • Conduct complex repairs on components like fuel systems, turbochargers, and exhaust systems
  • Attend to breakdowns, accidents and incidents.

 About you:

  •  If you are a team player, care about your community and prioritise safety then CDC NSW is the place for you.
  • You will be ready to learn and grow your skills and help develop the next generation of industry specialists.
  • Technical skills such as Motor Vehicle Repair Licence required.
  •  Experience in the Heavy Vehicle Inspection
  •  A MR or HR driver's licence or willingness to obtain.
