The Role: 

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the Junior Contracts Coordinator/Analyst is responsible for coordination and administration in the delivery on all contracts by coordinating key compliance activities, supporting the contract and other business reporting and data analytics. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assisting with the business to understand the key issues and challenges faced in delivering contract bus services 
  • Timely gathering and production of monthly and periodic contract reports, and ad-hoc reports 
  • Review and understand the Operating Plans for each contract administered (Plans submitted each year) 
  • Assist with the development and update of the contractual business plans for CDC (Operating Plans) for each contract administered (submitted each year) including editing, formatting and design requests 
  • Assist in developing SOPs and manuals for contract reporting, PowerBI dashboards, templates, etc 
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Finance, HSEQ, P&C and Asset Management) to obtain data for contractual and other reports 
  • Assist the Contracts Manager in workflow management. 

 

About You:  

  • Demonstrated experience building positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and able to work independently 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy 
  • Advanced Excel and Word skills 
  • A working knowledge of commercial and operational elements of government contracts 
  • Experience in reporting and analysis (preferred) 
  • Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities
