The Opportunity

The New Revenue Executive is responsible for developing and nurturing the sales pipeline to meet new revenue targets. The focus of the role is to grow revenue from media sales and other key revenue projects; and overall proportion of that revenue as a percentage of the total business revenue.


What you’ll be doing

Revenue Growth

  • Meet Team and Individual Sales KPIs on Retail Media revenue and other Company revenue streams
  • Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients. 
  • Ensure booked campaigns are executed successfully end-to-end – this includes but not limited to managing seller briefing process and compliance requirements, in addition to constant and effective communication.  
  • Undertake business development activities for new business revenue opportunities (with new and existing businesses) – i.e., proactive selling via phone and or emails on revenue opportunities. 

 Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Deliver analytical reporting on client performance – Present deep dive analysis and reporting on the seller’s current business performance and future opportunities.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to provide value-added solutions and services.
  • Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
  • Work cross functionally with key Catch internal stakeholder groups to unearth new opportunities and ensure the smooth onboarding of new advertising/business partners.
  • Work with the Retail and Marketplace key stakeholders and execute the overall seller/supplier strategy

Relationship Management with Sellers

  • Manage the seller relationship by championing the seller’s needs at Catch.
  • Build strong communication channels at all levels of the seller’s organisation, set expectations, provide clear status communications, and work towards a growth plan.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Provide campaign updates, troubleshoot client challenges, and deliver customer training in all [Company] tools. 
  • Work with sellers to improve commercial aspects of their business via Catch services
  • Coordinate the implementation of Catch Values and seller agreement/principles across Sellers


The skills you'll have

  • Previous experience in a sales role, generating new business, managing sales pipelines and converting leads
  • Previous experience in an Account Management role, nurturing existing business, managing client portfolios and executing growth plans
  • Sales and/or account management experience gained at an ad tech vendor highly desirable.
  • Understanding of digital media and marketing including traditional forms of ATL media, social media and other mediums.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Data analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a high paced, exciting and sales centric culture to achieve ongoing success individually and as a team
  • Strong business acumen with the drive & desire to win
