The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. This role, based in Lower Hutt, offers flexibility for candidates seeking part-time work (minimum 3 days a week) or shorter hours across 5 days, as well as full-time options with the ability to work from home in line with our flexibility policy. You will manage recruitment for roles across New Zealand, assist with Australian based roles and assist in the rollout and training of a new system during this transformative period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute our strategy to attract the best talent for our growing teams.
  • Engage with active and passive candidates using social media and other platforms.
  • Support our Apprenticeship recruitment campaigns and projects.
  • Communicate consistently with Hiring Managers on recruitment practices and strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain our applicant tracking system.
  • Work independently in New Zealand while being part of a larger team in Australia, assisting with Australian roles on an ad hoc basis.
