Automotive Mechanic/Technician

The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Auto Electrician to join our Wellington Branch. Working on multiple brands such as and are service dealers for Isuzu and IVECO Trucks, we require a person with the motivation to work to the high standard to meet the brand.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing components, parts and electrical and electronic systems in commercial vehicles.

You will:

•  Ensure the CablePrice Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything else
• Hold relevant Auto Electrical Trade qualifications and the ability to upskill as technology advances -i.e. EV’s
• Have experience, knowledge and understanding to enable maintenance primarily of commercial vehicles but also the ability to work on construction equipment if required.
• Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently, may be required to attend callouts, a vehicle will be provided.
• Have good communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long term relationships
