Food and Beverage Attendant

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinema, hospital and schools. Our property has rooms of varying styles, 5 restaurants, Pool Side Bars, Tour Desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.

We are currently seeking highly professional and experienced Food and Beverage Attendants to work within our premium a-la-carte Restaurants. Your proven service standards will provide you with the ability to be aligned within one of our dining settings at the Resort. Delivering personalized and efficient service that exceeds guest expectations while leaving memorable experiences is a must!

In order to be successful you will need to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in a busy a la carte service environment;
• Hold a nationally recognized Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification;
• An ability to be observant and attentive with guests;
• A high level of personal grooming and presentation;
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction;
• The ability to work various shifts including nights and weekends;
• Completed AHA COVID-19 Hygiene Course;
• Efficient barista skills and knowledge on cocktail making is desirable
