BURGER URGE - Property Administrator

Burger Urge, a leading burger restaurant chain known for its delicious and high-quality burgers, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join our team. This is a fast-past, Monday to Friday role, working in a small and efficient team encompassing a wide range of tasks across two key areas: providing support the Head of Property and assisting with administration-focused responsibilities of the Construction team. This position will see you utilize your administration and time management skills to process compliance tasks, lease administration, building franchisee relationships and assisting with various administrative and account management duties. 

KEY DETAILS

  • EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, 38hrs
  • LOCATION: Burger Urge HQ, New Farm, QLD (including occasional venue site visits)
  • CONTACT HOURS: Monday - Friday, with rare weekend and after-hours work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Head of Property with franchisee recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, recording, client and candidate updates, and organizing candidate interviews.
  • Support lease administration by updating key details in portfolio management and providing annual compliance documentation to landlords.
  • Manage mail merges of template documentation for Franchisees, including renewal letters, refurbishment notifications, and compliance notices.
  • Assist with construction contract administration to ensure contract documentation requirements are met throughout the construction process.
  • Update project management software, Mondays.com, with correct dates and generate project checklists to monitor departmental completion in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager as required.
  • Prepare/review any license form applications required prior to store openings.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, cars, and accommodation for property and construction team members.
  • Streamline processes and data storage to enhance the efficiency of future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, outstanding priority management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a support role within the property or real estate industry is required. Our ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of administrative experience with strong skills and computer literacy in medium to large organizations.
  • High attention to detail with a strong degree of accuracy and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to manage a high volume of tasks and priorities within set timeframes.
  • Above-average proficiency in MS Office Suite, Monday.com, Lease Eagle software, and DocuSign.
