Burger Urge - Retail Marketing Coordinator

We’re taking burgers back! At Burger Urge, we believe in making burgers the way they should be: using top-notch local ingredients to create delicious, classic, trendy, and environmentally sustainable recipes.

To back this up, we pride ourselves on delivering the best creative work in our category—with the venues to prove it! Now, due to our incredible growth, we are looking for an experienced Retail Marketing Coordinator to help fulfill this promise

Your Role

You will be part of a small creative team that delivers big results. The key to this role is ensuring all aspects of marketing come to life in our 29 venues across Australia. You will collaborate with multiple teams to manage the execution of digital and print assets, webpage and app updates, and participate in regional branding opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the rollout of all marketing activities across our retail venues.
  • Execute various marketing strategies in collaboration with our sales division.
  • Coordinate targeted regional marketing campaigns with our venues.
  • Manage the delivery and deadlines for digital assets and printed collateral with our external creative agency.
  • Update web and app content for campaigns and events.
  • Organise and facilitate store refurbishment and new venue opening events.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience working within a marketing team, preferably in a hospitality or retail brand.
  • Experience and knowledge of retail operations is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience working with digital assets, including social media, web, and apps.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter who works autonomously.
  • Outgoing and friendly with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and adept at meeting deadlines.
  • A team player who excels at working cross-functionally with mixed priorities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
