Role Purpose

We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives across various business areas, from Operations and People to Sustainability and Growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with BU’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering meaningful outcomes.
• Lead a variety of projects across multiple business areas, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to oversee the full project lifecycle and drive successful execution.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration and project success.
• Identify potential risks, proactively address challenges, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Track project budgets, ensure financial alignment, and manage timelines to meet key milestones.
• Continuously improve project management processes by introducing best practices and increasing operational efficiency.
• Develop communication and training strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new projects across the business.

Skills & Experience

• 4–6 years of project management experience across various industries and business functions.
• Proven ability to autonomously identify issues, proactively implement solutions, and conduct research to ensure project outcomes align with expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities to drive successful results.
