Role Purpose: As our Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Franchise Partners and Corporate Venues, building strong, trust-based relationships across your territory. You’ll ensure that every venue shines, delivering outstanding performance and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Sales & Finance: Collaborate with both Franchise and Corporate venues to supercharge sales. Dive into sales mix analysis and fine-tune local marketing plans while keeping a close eye on financial health.
  • Customer Experience Champion: Create a buzz! Manage customer feedback, streamline wait times, and ensure our venues deliver top-notch experiences. Your training and coaching will set the standard.
  • People & Training: Lead the charge on operational efficiency by analysing key metrics and optimizing staff performance. Ensure smooth recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Inventory & Cash Management: Keep costs in check! Manage inventory effectively, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Operations & Facilities: Oversee maintenance and operations, ensuring venues run like well-oiled machines, all while adhering to budgetary guidelines.

Skills & Experience:

  • Leadership Flair: Exceptional coaching and leadership abilities.
  • Inventory Know-How: Solid understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Organizational Pro: Masterful at prioritizing and managing workflows.
  • Local Market Insight: Strong community ties and market knowledge.
  • Communication Pro: Clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Experience Required: Proven background in venue and senior operations management.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
