The Role: Recruitment Coordinator

Reporting to: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Role Overview: We’re looking for a highly motivated and passionate Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring that we’re bringing the best talent into the Burger Urge family. You’ll be involved in every stage of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Recruitment Strategy Expert: You’ll develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent across various channels like job boards, social media, and personal networks. You'll work closely with hiring managers to ensure we meet our staffing needs.
• Job Advertisement Master: Crafting compelling and engaging job ads is your forte. You’ll make sure each ad reflects the role’s responsibilities and requirements, ensuring they’re posted on the right platforms to attract the best candidates.
• Talent Acquisition Specialist: From screening resumes to conducting initial phone screenings, you’ll ensure we’re bringing in only the best candidates. You’ll coordinate interviews, reference checks, and background screenings, ensuring every new hire is a perfect fit for our culture.
• Onboarding Guru: You’ll manage a seamless onboarding process, guiding new hires through paperwork, orientation, and initial training. You’ll be the key to ensuring they feel welcomed and set up for success from day one.
• Employee Experience: As the first point of contact, you’ll create a smooth, engaging, and positive experience for all new hires, helping them settle in and thrive at Burger Urge.
• HR Admin Pro: You’ll assist with essential HR tasks, from maintaining records to supporting visa processes, and help refine our HR policies and systems for even better efficiency.
