About the Role:
As part of the management team at Burger Urge Windsor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You’ll be responsible for leading and motivating a team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include staff training and development, inventory control, and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met. Additionally, you’ll work closely with the management team to drive sales, resolve customer issues, and implement operational improvements.

What Are We Seeking?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent customer service skills
