Field Service Technician

The Opportunity

At Bullivants we're on a mission to deliver top-notch service to our clients, so we are looking for a Field Service Technician based in Perth. In this role, you will be actively engaging with our customers on-site, providing essential support through the inspection, maintenance, and servicing of Bullivants products. Your hands-on involvement will ensure that our products are functioning optimally and meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Your responsibilities:

As a Field Service Technician you will:

• On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
• Maintenance and service repairs on products
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on quality products
• 100% commitment to personal and business safety
• Ability to liaise with and work on customer sites

Your skills and experiences:

As a Field Services Technician you will:

• A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background - preferred
• Customer focus and the ability to develop strong client relationships
• Ability to work within a physically demanding role
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Ability and confidence to work at heights
• Flexibility for occasional to regular regional travel
