In this planning role, you will provide comprehensive scheduling and support services to the broader Field Service Technical Team based across WA including coordinating the travel to and from customer sites for the team. You will also respond to queries from external and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.

About the role:

  • Liaise and coordinate the schedule of service technicians to customer sites
  • Resolve customer interactions end to end via phone and email
  • Coordinate travel as required for technicians (including flights and accommodation)
  • Ensure technicians are compliant for customer site though site access databases
  • Planning, quoting jobs, creating purchase orders, invoicing and credits
  • Collaborate with internal sales team and other internal stakeholders

About you:

  • Previous experience in a Planning or Scheduling role
  • Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Computer Skills (Excel, Word and App based programmes, e.g. Assigner)
  • Self-directed, initiative-taking multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
