The Opportunity  

We are seeking a dedicated professional with management leadership experience and technical service expertise. The ideal candidate will prioritise safety, optimise productivity, reduce operational costs, and strive to exceed customer satisfaction levels. 

This is a permanent full-time role to join our team based in Welshpool, WA

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to: 

  • Lead a team of field workers throughout WA and Schedulers. 
  • Commit to enhancing productivity and reducing operational costs within the BV FST community. 
  • Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction levels, ensuring our services consistently surpass expectations. 
  • People management and driving a team to perform and that commercial side  
  • Exposure in a larger operations management role, understanding a mix of operations and commercial aspects 
  • Skilled in people management and driving team performance, with a focus on the commercial side 
  • Proficient in efficiency and field service guidance and knowledge in P&L management and cost savings 

To be successful, you will have: 

  • Leading a team across broad geographic area and delivering results 
  • Experience in an operational environment 
  • Demonstrated strong technical aptitude 
  • Experience and knowledge working with strong HSE requirements 
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools and experience with other data bases 
  • Desire to lead change & be a continuous improvement champion 
  • Experience with working with large mining companies
