As a Product Manager, you will have oversight across your portfolio, partnering with external and internal stakeholder groups to promote the category plan and ensure a value-add approach in connecting customers to Bullivants. This role forms an integral part of curating a compelling customer offering.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based onsite at Bullivants Eastern Creek.

Some of the skills required:

  • Previous industrial experience in lifting and heavy rigging
  • High level commercial acumen
  • Exposure to Buying and Category Management
  • Ability to build rapport and connect across diverse stakeholder groups
  • A proactive mindset to continuously understand domestic market trends
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding of domestic and international supply chains

Some of the tasks:

  • Review range and data to uplift category competitive advantage
  • Act as the SME for the category, providing technical expertise when required
  • Partner with the Sales Team to connect product to customer and identify avenues to enhance market share
  • Foster relationships with Australian and international suppliers to manage expectations
  • Conduct pricing negotiations on existing and new product to support the category strategy
  • Connect with customers to provide solutions and identify avenues for further value add initiatives
