Inductions Officer

As an Inductions officer, supporting the Technical Services Team, you will be responsible for induction and competency renewals for the team as well as providing ad-hoc support and coverage as needed.  

This is a casual opportunity working across a Monday – Friday roster. This position will be based onsite at Bullivants Newcastle. 

Some of the tasks: 

• Monitor and action competency renewals and coordinate renewals with the relevant technician ensuring relevant portals and documents are updated
• Action relevant administration tasks to support with service requirements to customers 
• Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding induction requirements
• Support with ad-hoc project work and leave coverage as required 

Some of the skills: 

• Previous experience with Pegasus, Damstra, GWOS and or similar customer portals 
• Medium competency in MS Office suite 
• Ability to engage with relevant stakeholders via email and phone
• Customer service experience
