What You'll Do:

As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:

• 100% commitment to personal and business safety
• Inspect, maintain and service repairs on lifting equipment and accessories
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare written/digital reports to customers and company records
• Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
• Valid Australian drivers license
