About the Role
Builders Academy Australia is looking for passionate, qualified and experienced Trainers and Assessors with expertise in Plumbing and Services to to deliver the CERT III Carpentry (CPC30220) to our students on a contractor basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Assessment of the CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
- Reviewing, Validating, Moderating and Improving of training resources and assessment materials for the course
- Consulting with key clients on their current and future workforce training needs
- Grading student materials in a timely and accurate manner
About You
- 5 or more years experience working in the Carpentry Industry
- CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent qualifications
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Australian Business Number (ABN) that is up to date and active
- Current unrestricted Drivers License
- Demonstrated ability in high level communication, negotiation and consultation skills
- Experience in providing high level advice/guidance on a range of complex matters
- Strong relationship building and collaborative skills
