About this Role
Builders Academy Australia (BAA) is seeking a highly driven Course Advisor to join our dynamic sales team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional sales results. You'll be responsible for advising prospective students on BAA’s course offerings and matching them with the qualifications that best align with their aspirations. You'll work with warm leads generated via inbound enquiries from multiple sources, ensuring that every opportunity is maximised to drive enrolments and grow our student base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively managing inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email and sms to convert leads into enrolments.
- Delivering comprehensive and accurate course advice to prospective students.
- Exceeding daily/weekly sales and enrolment targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Assessing student eligibility for funded training opportunities and clearly communicating the benefits.
- Preparing and processing enrolment documentation to a high standard of accuracy.
- Leveraging organisational systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track, manage, and report on sales performance.
- Implementing strategies to enhance lead conversion and pipeline management.
About You
We’re looking for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. You’ll bring:
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong ability to engage and build rapport quickly over the phone or in person.
- Experience in a call centre, telesales, or similar environment, ideally within the VET or education sector.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor your approach to diverse clients.
- Confidence in using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage leads and track performance.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills to handle multiple leads and enquiries efficiently.
