Salary Range: (Band 5) AUS $91,900.00 - $104,172.00 per annum plus superannuation (Remuneration stated is for the full-time positions) 

Work type: temporary fulltime up to 12 x months

Our Branch   

The Compliance and Regulatory Services (CARS) branch contributes to the health, safety and amenity of Brisbane through a range of licensing and best practice regulatory services. These services are related to environmental health, land use and built environment, animal management, asset use and the natural environment, to maintain the liveability, vibrancy and accessibility of Brisbane. 

The Role  

As Section and Project Coordinator of Community Standards (CARS), you will be a key member of the team, who coordinates and delivers high quality customer service, administration, executive and office management support to the Community Standards (CS) Manager and senior management team.  

In this role you will work at a fast pace across a range of business support functions and with well-honed organisational skills to; coordinate correspondence and communication activities, edit and review reports and submissions to a high-standard, produce reports and presentations to senior management and other business, undertake diary management and liaise day-to-day with a range of key stakeholders across the business whilst maintaining professionalism and a high-degree of customer service.   

This position is dynamic and requires a multi-faceted skillset to operate within initiative in a challenging work environment and in support of busy senior stakeholders. Your ability to effectively plan, organise and coordinate a workload to meet set deadlines will greatly contribute to your success in this role and the wider team.
