Salary Range: Band 5 - $91,900 - $104,172 per annum plus superannuation

(Remuneration stated is for the full-time positions)

Work type: Temporary Full-time x 2

Duration: Up to June 2025, with extension thereafter but not guaranteed

The Role

We have two temporary full-time opportunities at our Pine Mountain Quarry, in Mount Gravatt East.

This recruitment process will potentially seek an Order of Merit to create a 12-month opportunity for the North Planning team.

Bring your extensive knowledge of civil infrastructure to plan and implement projects and activities within our diverse business.

Conduct site inspections and collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, including defining project objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.

Bring your project scoping skills to conduct research and investigations, in the development, management and delivery of a variety of civil infrastructure.

No two days are the same with work relating to footpaths, kerb and channel, drainage, streetscapes, bus stop improvements and other challenging activities related to civil construction and maintenance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our future civil construction projects and utilise your strong planning and estimating skills to add value to this motivated team.

To be successful you will have: 

  • experience in managing competing priorities, across multiple projects with strong knowledge in the civil infrastructure activities
  • skills in project scoping, including monitoring, tracking and report development
  • well-developed research, analytical and problem solving skills
  • ability to achieve outcomes and make informed decisions under pressure
  • sound understanding of work management systems and asset maintenance principles
  • a thorough knowledge of civil infrastructure planning and estimating
  • the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is desirable.

A C class drivers licence and a Work Safely in the Construction Industry (White Card) is a mandatory requirement for these roles.
