As the Workforce & Demand Planning Lead in Melbourne, Brisbane, or Sydney, you will optimize workforce management, design and implement planning models, develop capacity plans, manage forecasts, and support leaders to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a workforce planning strategy to enhance efficiency and cost savings
  • Continuously improve workforce planning processes for operational efficiency and consistency
  • Collaborate with people leaders and deployment teams, providing hands-on support
  • Create and embed workforce planning principles and training frameworks
  • Assist in developing forecasts and plans for near- and long-term hiring needs

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Workforce Management and planning
  • Strong problem-solving, advanced Excel, and data analysis skills (e.g., Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, direction-setting, and commercial acumen
  • Attention to detail, customer-focused, and team-oriented
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
