The role of our Customer Care Consultant is to provide exceptional service to our largest Mega Mining Customers through inbound/outbound phone calls, emails and consistently achieve agreed performance targets in support of delivering commercial and business outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for highly motivated individuals with the experience and aspiration to work in an industry-leading and dynamic environment. Comprehensive training to candidates who are eager to learn and are keen to develop a career in customer service and sales will be provided!

Your day-to-day:

• Provide an exceptional level of service to Blackwoods largest customer via telephone calls, emails and other business systems
• You will be pro-active in looking for process improvements and solutions that drive the right outcome for both our Customer and the business
• You will be empowered to interrogate issues and escalations and be relentless in your pursuit to reach an outcome quickly
• There is a degree of administration related tasks and these should be actioned effectively and according to business processes
• You will be eager to learn and understanding the commercial relationships our Mega Mining customers bring to Blackwoods and be pro-active in ensuring you keep yourself up to date with all processes, procedures and updates 

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Available to work Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm
• Exceptional customer service experience, both internal and external
• Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and investigation skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
