Blackwoods is seeking a Customer Care Consultant for Rio Tinto to join our Mega Mining business team. This full-time role involves delivering exceptional service to Blackwood’s largest client and will be based at our Canning Vale, WA office.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Handle phone and email inquiries, aiming for first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and system checks. Look for ways to improve service and processes
- Participate in training to stay updated on processes, policies, and systems. Apply new skills in customer interactions
- Adapt to new business systems and stay flexible in a changing environment
Skills and Experiences to excel in the role:
- Problem-solving to achieve optimal outcomes for both customers and the business
- Versatile and capable of performing all team roles and responsibilities
- Recognize the need for additional training and proactively inform your line manager
- Maintain a sense of urgency to efficiently address all Mega Mining Customer requests
- Proficient in computer literacy, adaptable to new business systems, and comfortable with change
- Great communication and administrative skills
