YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team, to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base. This role is critical within our broader Customer Care Excellence Team and will be based in Mackay QLD.

Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers and the market, no day will ever be the same! We have a learning and development program for the right candidate so you will be set up to succeed from the beginning.

What your new role entails:

  • Build engaging relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience
  • Interact with our customers in our Trade Centre including face to face service, responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals for back orders
  • Provide product-based information where required – don’t worry, you’ll be supported by us to build your knowledge and skills for this!
  • Undertake daily stock replenishment/stock takes and update our Trade Centre Showrooms
  • General housekeeping in the Trade Centre to ensure it is always safe, clean and inviting for customers

We have an amazing training program available so if you’re concerned you don’t have all the skills yet - we will train you!

What you’ll bring with you:

  • A curious and learning mindset to engage and grow with us
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Confidence and experience with Microsoft products - Excel and Word are essential in this role
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
  • Attention to detail and focus on completion of allocated tasks
  • Work in a team environment that collaborates and celebrates!
