YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an enthusiastic full time Customer Care Consultant to join our Trade Store team based in Cairns QLD, to provide exceptional service to our growing customer base.

In this key role, you will support different areas of our trade store to serve customers via phone, email and also support other activities including stock put-away, shelf price maintenance, stock top-ups ensuring goods are stored neatly.

By joining our passionate well established team, you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, have fun and make a positive difference to all our customers.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Face to face customer service, customer requests, sourcing parts, ETA’s on backorders 
  • Daily stock replenishment/stock takes
  • Showroom displays, stock rotations
  • General housekeeping of both the counter and packing area/organisation/prioritisation

To be successful, you will have:

  • Forklift license (desirable)
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and shows an interest in personal development within the company
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
