YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for a dynamic Inventory Solutions Specialist to join our team based out of Scoresby VIC.

This is a great opportunity that will see you regularly travel to various Blackwoods and customer sites across the VIC & TAS region. If you love being out on the road dealing with clients face to face this is the role for you! 

In this role you will be responsibility for identifying and driving profitable sales growth opportunities, develop existing and new service solutions, and work strategically with our sales and operations teams to deliver services that are commercially viable for both us and our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and improve onsite services including Vendor Managed Inventory, Vending Machines, Onsite Solutions, and Shutdowns
  • Coordinate the deployment of assets, facilitating set up and commissioning at site, and decommissioning and redeployment on completion
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Gather information regarding customer activities and plans, and develop strategies based on anticipated customer needs
  • Be a proactive member of the specialist solutions team providing new ideas and initiatives to further improve services across the VIC & TAS region
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained by resolving customer complaints and queries

To be successful, you will have:

  • Willingness to travel, with regular visits to Blackwoods and customer sites across VIC & TAS
  • Exceptional relationship management and trustworthy communication style
  • Outstanding customer service with strong networking skills
  • Proven experience in leading, negotiating and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Superior knowledge of sales concepts and negotiation, commercial focus, problem solving skills.
  • Full unrestricted drivers licence valid in Australia essential
