Join our iconic Wesfarmers business as a Customer Care Consultant in Geraldton, WA. You'll deliver outstanding service, assist customers face-to-face, stock shelves, track orders, and keep the trade store tidy. No two days will be the same!

This is a permanent full-time role opportunity with work hours between Monday – Friday at 7:30 am – 4:06 pm.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Provide fast-paced customer service via telephone, email, and in person in our trade store 
  • Recommend the best products or services to match customer needs 
  • Maintain trade store presentation standards, including merchandising and restocking 
  • Inform customers of new product ranges and applicable services 
  • Understand customer sales history, proactively identifying requirements 
  • Ensure timely actioning of customer requests within allocated timeframes 
  • Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions 
  • Perform some warehouse duties and lifting as required 

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment (desirable) 
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach 
  • Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft suites 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills 
  • Self-motivated, problem solver and time management skills 
  • Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch 
  • Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
