YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Care Consultant in our Trade Store to join our team, on an ongoing casual basis, based in Regency Park, SA to provide an exceptional level of service to customers!

Your day-to-day:

  • Act as first point of call for all telephone and front counter-based sales enquiries
  • Build and cultivate relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
  • Process customer orders as well as credits 
  • Problem solving and complaint resolution 
  • Reconciliation of daily cash, EFTPOS and cheque transactions for banking
  • Participate in store replenishment exercises

 What you'll bring to the team:

  • Trade Counter and/or Customer service experience within a hardware store preferred
  • Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a highly motivated work ethic
  • Great personal presentation, excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task. 
  • Experience in providing bold ideas to improve the customer experience
