YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Whilst you will be focusing on delivering outstanding service to our customers and the market, no day will ever be the same! You’ll serve customers face to face in our trade store, however predominantly work on providing quotes and queries to our customers via email and attending to phone calls.

Your day-to-day:

  • Process customer orders and manage the end-to-end customer experience
  • Interactions via phone , email along with some Face to Face in our Trade Store
  • Responding to customer requests, sourcing parts, and following up on expected time of arrivals (ETA’s) for backorders
  • Provide product-based information where required – don’t worry, you’ll be supported by us to build your knowledge and skills for this!

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Customer service experience in a trade store/retail environment (desirable)
  • Well-developed customer service skills with a ‘customer first’ approach
  • Confidence and experience with computers and Microsoft suites
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, problem solver and time management skills
  • Be safety minded and promote all things safety within our branch
