About the Role:
The Administration Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Noble Park office. Reporting to the Senior Administration Officer, this full-time role involves:
- Providing administrative support across multiple programs and services
- Coordinating fleet bookings and vehicle maintenance
- Managing office maintenance and liaising with service providers
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries
- Assisting with financial administration, including invoice processing and expense tracking
- Coordinating staff travel and accommodation bookings
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
