As an Executive Office Support, you will ensure seamless operations and provide top-tier administrative assistance to our Executive Officer & Company Secretary. This role promises a stimulating and rewarding experience, where you will manage diverse workloads, prioritise tasks, and maintain a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail. Your sound judgment and proactive approach will be key to your success.
What you will bring to this role:
- Demonstrated administration experience ideally in a similar role.
- An ability to understanding of priorities, proactive mindset to independently manage workflows, make sound decisions and drive outcomes with professionalism and judgement.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diplomacy across all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment supporting productive relationships with people at all levels.
- Experience in an executive assistant role supporting CEO/Executives.
The Opportunity
- Hybrid role on Wurrunderi Country from both Richmond and Collins St offices.
- Full time (Part time will also be considered), fixed term role (12 months).
- $85K - $89K (depending experience) + super & salary packaging (pro rata).
