The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) to lead our team of Administration Officers at the Noble Park office. The SAO will serve as the primary point of contact for all administrative matters and provide support to staff at the Berry Street Noble Park office. This role is integral to the region's administrative leadership team, sharing responsibility for ensuring that all interactions with Berry Street stakeholders are conducted with courtesy, respect, and efficiency.
- Support the Senior Manager-Administrative Operations in overseeing the Administration function at our Noble Park Office.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Senior Administration at the Noble Park Office, ensuring operations run smoothly.
- Provide administrative assistance to staff in the South East Victoria region.
- Lead and develop our administration team to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with the administration leadership team to drive operational excellence.
- Offer property support to our residential services team on-site.
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or hold a relevant qualification such as a Cert IV or Diploma in Business Admin or above. Proficiency in computer skills, including advanced MS Word, intermediate Excel, and Outlook, is required.
We value candidates who are quick learners, team players, and possess strong accuracy and attention to detail skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Experience with client databases is considered highly advantageous.
