We are looking for:

Field Service Engineers - Level 1 Support

The Field Services Engineer is part of the IT Service Desk and is responsible for providing Level 1 IT Field Services support to all Berry Street sites as required for project work, scheduled maintenance, or as required as part of the service desk escalation process. This includes travel to all Berry Street sites as required. 

Field Service Engineers - Level 2 Support

The Field Services Engineer is part of the IT Service Desk and is responsible for providing Level 2 IT Field Services support to all Berry Street sites as required for project work, scheduled maintenance, or as required as part of the service desk escalation process. They will also provide support to Level 1 team members.

You will have:

  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. 
  • Demonstrated experience in providing technical application support across diverse environments. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, concise support and guidance via phone or email. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands in a high paced environment. 
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in handling highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care and professionalism. 
  • Be willing to travel to all Berry Street sites Victoria wide as required.
