The Opportunity

Berry Street is seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the development and management of strategic relationships with corporate partners. In this key position, you will craft compelling partnership strategies, nurture high-value collaborations, and drive income growth, ensuring corporate support aligns with Berry Street’s mission to create lasting, positive change for children, young people, and families.

  • Hybrid of WFH and office in Richmond on Wurundjeri Country
  • Full time, Permanent role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, nurture, and sustain relationships with corporate partners to align their goals with Berry Street’s mission.
  • Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet the needs of corporate audiences.
  • Proactively seek new corporate partnerships to diversify and grow revenue streams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align funding priorities with corporate objectives and create opportunities for collaboration.
  • Ensure corporate partners receive exceptional stewardship and support, exceeding expectations to maintain long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire, engage, and retain corporate partners.
  • Craft persuasive proposals and deliver engaging presentations to secure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate support with organisational priorities.
  • Proactively identify and secure new corporate opportunities.
  • Manage high-value relationships, ensuring exceptional stewardship and delivering impactful outcomes.

About You

You are a driven professional with a passion for building meaningful relationships. You bring:

  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, fundraising, or relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills to craft compelling proposals and deliver engaging presentations.
  • A strategic mindset and ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis to support relationship management.
  • A Bachelor’s qualification or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable.
