As a Senior Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in this life-changing work, helping children and families rebuild their lives through holistic, evidence-based therapeutic care.

Your Opportunity

Our Senior Clinician provides leadership within the Take Two team, offering intensive therapeutic services to children and families impacted by trauma, neglect, and disrupted attachment.

The role involves supporting the Clinical Team Leader, supervising clinicians, managing a complex caseload, and contributing to training and development programs.

This role has flexibility for either Full time or part time ongoing with a mix of working from home and your Bendigo office. Local outreach service delivery in the Loddon region will be required.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a values-based Senior Clinician who understands the needs of children, young people and families in this sector.

You will be able to demonstrate your work with a diverse range of clients, and how you have been creative and flexible in your clinical approach. You will have proven assessment, treatment and report writing skills, and will also want to further develop your clinical knowledge.

An appropriate Bachelor level degree or higher is required to be successful in this position.

Preferably you will also hold a post graduate degree, experience in secondary consultation and supervising staff.
