KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with the Dietetics team to gather input on menu changes, nutritional updates, and resident-specific dietary requirements.

• Act as a liaison between food service and dietetics teams to ensure clear communication regarding patient care and meal requirements.

• Recipe entry: Ensure the accurate entry of all recipes and food items into the food service database (e.g., ChefMax).

• Maintain accurate records of all menu items, recipes, and food services in the backend systems.

• Support in monitoring food service quality through audits, checks, and resident satisfaction surveys.

• Help implement and monitor systems for meal delivery and meal service standards to ensure compliance with nutrition policies and dietary needs (e.g., Texture-Modified diets, allergen information).

• Contribute to patient and resident engagement by supporting feedback collection and meal experience reviews.

• Maintain accurate logs of actions taken to improve food service quality and nutrition compliance, ensuring a strong paper trail for audits or reviews.

• Ensuring timelines of role are met within the allocated and agreed timeframe

• Assist in the development and review of training materials related to food service quality, diet modifications, and allergen safety.
