Applicants are sought for permanent Part Time employment as a Outdoor Cleaner. This role consists of assisting with cleaning duties in acute and residential aged care services at Beechworth Health Service.

As a Outdoor Cleaner, you will maintain the cleanliness and enhance the appearance of our outdoor spaces. The role will suit anyone who likes working outdoors, is reasonably fit and healthy, works well in a team and takes pride in their work.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

Perform cleaning tasks such as raking, sweeping, pressure washing and litter removal.

Demonstrated experience in ability to plan, organise and prioritise work, in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands.

Knowledge of legislation relevant to the position (Eg. Essential Services, Occupational Health and Safety, Hazardous Substances etc.)

Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, including the ability to interact effectively with older people and people of diverse cultures.

Show initiative and and the ability to work without supervision.

A current manual driver's licence (Essential).
