About You:

To be successful in this role, you will be a dynamic and proactive nursing professional with a strong track record in clinical leadership.

Key selection criteria:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Competent with Australian Nursing and Midwifery Accreditation Council (ANMAC) Standards
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse as applicable to clinical area.
  • Demonstrated experience in nursing management
  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be a leader and support others within a team environment
  • Ability to problem solve and confront issues within appropriate timeframes
  • Advanced Life Support and Triage
  • Experience in shift coordination, delegation and supervision of others
  • Good communication skills and ability to lead a team
