About the Role: As our eCommerce Content Specialist, you'll help shape engaging and targeted content that enhances the online customer experience and drives commercial success. Join us at BCF to support our strategies and be part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional online journeys and outcomes. 

Day to Day, not limited to:

  • Content Development: Manage and maintain the Ecommerce content calendar, ensuring brand alignment, stakeholder sign-off, and adherence to digital style guides; collaborate with development teams on HTML best practices and new template requirements.
  • Communications: Ensure brand consistency across content initiatives, influence stakeholders with performance data, and work with marketing teams to create briefs for copywriters and designers, streamlining the feedback process.
  • Customer Centricity: Enhance user experience and conversion rates by identifying opportunities for dynamic content and personalisation; drive innovations and platform improvements with a customer-first approach.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Foster effective communication and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting a customer-centric culture and ensuring stakeholders are informed of relevant activities.

  • Retail Marketing Experience: Experience in retail marketing, with a proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A solid understanding of customer and user behaviours, with a focus on digital platforms and websites.
  • Execution Excellence: Strong skills in campaign management, website content updates, and online marketing strategies.
  • Digital Marketing Passion: A keen interest in digital innovation and enhancing customer journeys.
  • Technical Knowledge: Knowledge & understanding of eComms platforms. Experience/knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO is advantageous
