Where do you want to go?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager (digital Channels) to join the Bayer Pharmaceuticals team on a 12 month fixed term contract, working Monday- Friday, 38 hour week.

Working closely with our existing team of marketing professionals, you will bring a strong digital skillset to the team. Drawing upon your previous end to end campaign and content creation skills, this role would suit a hands-on person who understands the ANZ pharmaceutical market, digital marketing best practice and the regulatory environment we will comply with when working with medically registered products. 

We work in a hybrid work pattern and have an office in Pymble, where you we will get to collaborate with your squad peers. The site has free onsite, secure car parking and is also close to a train station.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Deliver on overall ‘digital first’ marketing campaign strategy and tactics for selected brands in our portfolio by developing integrated campaigns and content to be utilised across digital channels.
  • Design and implement customer-centric digital marketing campaigns from start to finish, by leveraging digital channels and CRM/marketing automation platforms for execution.
  • Implement continuous improvements based on performance evaluation and pre-defined KPIs.
  • Optimise and drive the use of omnichannel strategies, ensuring they align with all digital touch points and customer journey stages.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and customer ecosystem by leveraging data and insights.
  • Efficiently manage and adapt global content, and develop new content aligned with Bayer brand and communication strategies across various platforms, to address customer needs.
  • Plan, produce, and manage review and approval of content within the Content Factory system, including creating newsletters, approved emails, eDetailers, and channel-agnostic modules using tools like eWizard .
  • Manage and prioritise campaigns, working through any product-relating backlogs items to ensure that the work is visible, transparent and clear to all.
  • Regularly report on product performance, trends and competitive insights and how it should shape future digital strategies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys and pain points, leveraging digital metrics to inform adaptions to inform the strategy.
  • Manage product expenditure against allocation P&L.

Does this sound like you?

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

  • Proven digital marketing experience in a pharmaceutical or medical industry.
  • Hands on experience implementing customer centric, digital marketing campaigns and engagement strategies.
  • Sound understanding and competence at utilising marketing automation to streamline processes, manage customer journeys and nurture lead generation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of systems/platforms (eWizard, Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, Web authoring tools)
  • CRM expertise in Veeva platforms.
  • Demonstratable business acumen in forecasting, budget and P&L management.
  • Adaptability to work on a project basis across multiple established brands.
  • Effective relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills. 
  • A self starter, who has a performance and results orientated mindset.
