Where do you want to go? 

The BDM Broadacre position exists to promote, develop and coordinate the Bayer portfolio with Corporate Growers and Consultant Agronomists. You will be the link between key end users and Bayer and will add value by influencing direct end users purchasing behaviors and influencing advisors to recommend Bayer products. You will be comfortable at driving adoption of new technology and providing industry insights.

Your technical credibility and commercial focus will see you as the go to contact for distribution partners across WA and SA. You will be based in Perth or regional WA and happy to travel 3-4 times a year to visit SA clients face to face.

Do something that moves you.

  •  Identify and build positive customer relationships with Corporate Growers, Consultant Agronomists and market influencers across WA and SA.
  • Develop a Strategic plan including targets, market dimensions, AI’S, brands and understand competitor offers.
  • Plan and co-ordinate activities which assist in rapid adoption of new products/line extensions
  • Provide technical and Bayer brand knowledge to key industry personal in the Broadacre sector at a local and state level.
  • Undertake extension activities with distribution partners and corporate growers, collaborating closely with Technical Advisors and Market Development Specialists.
  • Provide sales support to the regional Sales team and key distributions through technical training, market knowledge and strategic planning insights including input into seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Field Solutions to align trial programs with the Broadacre market development target audience
  • Identify market gaps and opportunities to expand existing chemistry or introduce new chemistry into the portfolio.
