This role will see you install, maintain and repair Bayer and distributor products within the modalities of CT/CV and MRI on-site in QLD: including Brisbane South, Gold Coast and QLD Regional areas. In addition, you will manage and develop customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Role and Responsibilities
· Maintain and repair all defective products – primarily on-site and at the Service Hub
· Install new products and provide training as needed
· Maintain effective customer and distributor relationships
· Promote and support the Certification & Quality Assurance program – DirectCARE
· Work with internal stakeholders to develop and evaluate State and National key account plans
· Actively seek product and business improvement insights from our customers
· Maintain accurate service reports and customer records
Does this sound like you?
· Degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent engineering qualification
· 2 years’ experience as a Medical Device Field Service Engineer or similar technical experience
· Knowledge and experience of Radiology market, environment, and equipment
· Demonstrated planning and organisational skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
· You must pass and maintain both an Australian Police and Working with children checks
· Hold and maintain a current Australian driver’s license
